As an Electrical Estimator at PTSG Electrical Services, you will play a key part in ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and high-quality pricing for essential electrical remedial works. About the Role

You will review engineer test reports, generate professional quotations, and follow up with customers to secure purchase orders. Working closely with our Technical, Planning, and Operations teams, you will help maintain accuracy, improve information flow, and support smooth nationwide service delivery. In addition to estimating activities, you will support the ordering and coordination of materials required for remedial works, helping to ensure engineers have the right parts available to complete jobs efficiently. This is a varied role involving technical assessment, quotation and report creation, materials coordination, communication with internal teams, and problem-solving.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Producing accurate quotations for remedial works based on engineer test reports
  • Following up quotations with customers to secure purchase orders
  • Identifying and sourcing materials required for remedial works
  • Raising orders for electrical parts and equipment, ensuring requirements are accurate and cost-effective
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal teams regarding material availability and delivery requirements
  • Creating digital reports using Microsoft Office and internal software
  • Working alongside Planning, Operations, and field engineers to ensure information accuracy
  • Managing non-conformances through Operations Managers to ensure corrective actions
  • Supporting team meetings with insights and updates
  • Monitoring KPIs including turnaround times, quotation volume, order value, and material procurement requirements

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and confidence working in a technical or estimating environment. You should be organised and comfortable analysing reports, producing accurate quotations, and coordinating material requirements.
