This role involves selling essential compliance services — legal requirements every business needs. You’ll be responsible for:
- Generating new business through cold outreach and self-booked appointments
- Attending meetings from warm leads and internal referrals
- Building and managing your own pipeline across your territory
- Selling compliance services that businesses have to have
- Managing the full sales cycle from first contact through to close
- Maintaining accurate activity through the CRM system
- Working closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in B2B field sales / business development
- Comfortable picking up the phone and creating your own opportunities
- Strong closing ability and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated — someone who doesn’t need chasing
- Ideally some understanding of compliance services or electrical/building regulations (nice to have, not essential)
- Full UK driving licence

- Uncapped commission (3% on all sales)
