As we expand our Electrical Testing Division, we’re seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Executive to help us grow our presence nationwide — with a particular focus on the social housing sector.

  • To £55k (Depending on experience) + Car allowance or Company Car + Commission + Benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across the UK, with a strong focus on social housing providers, local authorities, and housing associations.
  • Lead the end-to-end tendering process, from opportunity identification through to bid submission and contract award.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of leads, proposals, and strategic partnerships.
  • Present tailored compliance solutions to both new and existing clients, aligning with their regulatory and operational needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in business development or B2B sales, ideally within the electrical compliance, testing, or facilities management sectors.
  • Demonstrable experience working with social housing clients, including navigating procurement frameworks and public sector tendering processes.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage a national territory and work independently.
