Duties

  • Managing the full sales cycle: qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating commercial agreements, and securing new business partnerships.
  • Generating new business opportunities through outbound activity, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Building commercial relationships by developing trusted relationships with HR directors, finance managers, benefits professionals and senior stakeholders.
  • Delivering tailored demonstrations of salary sacrifice and electric vehicle solutions to prospective clients.
  • Creating business cases and ROI models to demonstrate financial and employee engagement benefits for decision‑making.
  • Maintaining CRM records and managing pipeline activity, forecasting revenue and reporting sales performance accurately.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to support successful onboarding and account activation.
  • Supporting employee launch activities to maximise scheme participation within client organisations.
  • Monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, EV developments and government policy changes.
  • Representing EZOO at industry events to build brand awareness and generate pipeline opportunities.
  • Achieving revenue targets by consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales objectives under an uncapped commission structure.

Candidate Requirements

  • Solid experience in a B2B sales role with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proven experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience engaging with HR directors, finance leaders, benefits managers or C‑suite executives.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging credibly with senior decision‑makers.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Desirable

  • Background in employee benefits, salary sacrifice, fleet management, car leasing, automotive or EV sectors.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar structured sales methodologies.
  • Knowledge of electric vehicles, Benefit in Kind (BiK), National Insurance and salary sacrifice tax structures.
