What we are looking for:

We seek a highly motivated and commercially savvy Real Estate Investment Manager to join our expanding digital infrastructure platform. Reporting directly to the Head of Electric Land Digital, you will lead various workstreams throughout the development cycle—from site identification, acquisition, planning, power procurement, development, to exit strategies.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop innovative real estate strategies that support the growth of the data centre industry by developing Powered Land.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn and capable of managing complex real estate projects across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate, analyze, and underwrite new land opportunities, including financial modeling.
  • Negotiate and finalize land acquisitions with private owners, institutional investors, and local partners.
  • Manage procurement and oversee professional teams for legal, planning, and power procurement aspects.
  • Develop and maintain business plans and project timelines.
  • Collaborate with market analysts and external consultants to assess opportunities and maintain the Powered Land pipeline.
  • Represent the company at industry events to enhance market presence.
  • Coordinate stakeholders, including vendors, authorities, investors, and technical teams.
  • Oversee permitting processes and review technical reports.
  • Manage site preparation and construction oversight where applicable.
  • Lead marketing and lease/sale negotiations with end clients.

As you grow in the role, you'll assume more responsibility and influence.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3-5 years PQE in real estate or data centre sectors; 5-7 years without formal training.
  • Experience in powered land development, land brokerage, or project management within data centres is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High integrity, judgment, and ethical standards.
  • Leadership qualities and team collaboration skills.
  • Additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.

Compensation includes a market-aligned salary, discretionary bonuses, employee equity, private health insurance, and 26 days annual leave.
