The Role... At Soho House, a Barback plays an essential supporting role in the smooth and efficient operation of the bar. Working alongside the bar team, you'll ensure that bartenders have everything they need to deliver fast, high-quality service to our members and guests. Your main responsibility is to assist the bar staff and make sure the member gets a superior experience. You will deliver drinks orders from the bar to members' tables, acting as a point of contact between the bar and the floor.
