I am currently recruiting for a Branch Manager at our Hemel Hempstead Location. Electric Center Hemel Hempstead, Unit 18 Macdonald Business Park, Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire HP2 7EB.
The role: As a Branch Manager, or as we like to call it, Profit Centre Manager, you will be a driven and ambitious individual looking for an opportunity to effectively run your own business within our decentralised business model. As an Electric Center Profit Centre Manager or PCM, you will have full autonomy over sales, purchasing, staffing and logistics. You will want to build first class relationships with customers, suppliers and staff and use those relationships to develop profitable sales in an efficient and well organised business to allow you to generate Profit Sharing for you and your team. Customer service excellence will be at the forefront of everything that you do and, let’s face it, you’re the boss in our business model, so you can do whatever is needed to satisfy your customer’s requirements.
