We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our Wireless Telecommunications team based in Bracknell. This role will support the delivery of telecom infrastructure projects by coordinating and compiling key documentation, with a particular focus on Construction Phase Plans (CPP) and Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS). This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in CDM regulations and telecoms to develop within a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate and compile information required to produce CPP and RAMS documentation for telecom sites
  • Support project teams by gathering data from engineers, planners, and subcontractors
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with CDM regulations
  • Maintain and update project records and document management systems
  • Track document status, approvals, and revisions
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to obtain required information
  • Assist with general project administration, including reporting and data entry
  • Ensure all health & safety documentation is in place prior to site works commencing
  • Identify and escalate any missing or incomplete documentation

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or project support role
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience working with document control systems or databases

  • Understanding of CDM (Construction Design and Management) Regulations
  • Experience within the wireless telecommunications industry
  • Familiarity with CPP and RAMS documentation
  • Knowledge of telecom site processes and health & safety requirements
