We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our Wireless Transmission team in Bracknell, supporting the delivery of microwave installation projects across the UK. This role is ideally suited to someone currently working as a Project Engineer or Project Coordinator within telecoms who is looking to take the next step into project management. You will be responsible for overseeing project delivery from planning through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage the delivery of microwave installation projects across multiple telecom sites
  • Coordinate internal teams, field engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and trackers
  • Monitor project progress, identifying risks, delays, and dependencies
  • Ensure all site documentation (RAMS, CPP, permits) is in place prior to works
  • Manage project communications with internal stakeholders and clients
  • Track and control project costs, supporting budget management
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and telecom standards
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on project status and performance
  • Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a telecommunications project engineering, coordination, or delivery role
  • Understanding of wireless transmission and microwave installation projects
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and project tracking tools
  • A proactive approach with a strong desire to progress into a Project Manager role
