The ideal candidate will have experience managing large accounts (ideally having experience as a Recruitment Account Manager with a company with 10,000+ employees) able to appropriately manage relationships with key stakeholders within the client, juggle multiple different live search mandates in different areas of their business as well as have ambitions and/or past experience of managing people under them.
Responsibilities:
- Work cross functionally within the client to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success.
- Build and manage multiple candidate searches (often upwards of 10 at a time) across different geographies and different areas of their business.
- Make visits to our client to identify opportunities for growth.
- Handling both the client side and candidate side to ensure smooth closing of placements.
- Manage all reporting about the customers' account to be shared with senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Previous account management experience of a company with Public Companies (ideally Fortune 500).
- Previous recruitment delivery experience in both technical and non-technical roles at VP level and upwards.
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role.
