Role Overview

Head office is based in the Wirral, and we’re looking for a candidate located in the North West region. As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll identify new business opportunities, present product demonstrations, and build trusted relationships with decision-makers across the construction industry. This role is ideal for a confident B2B salesperson experienced in consultative selling, with a proven track record of new business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and opportunities through field visits and outbound outreach
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, live product demonstrations, and tailored sales presentations
  • Develop a pipeline of opportunities targeting construction directors, site managers, and HR/compliance professionals
  • Prepare persuasive sales proposals and close deals effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and post-sale success
  • Use CRM tools to manage leads, track activities, and report progress
  • Compile and deliver weekly or monthly reports summarising sales confirmations, prospective clients and providing feedback on any declined leads.
  • Meet or exceed agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B field sales — preferably in SaaS or construction tech
  • Strong consultative sales approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and confident working independently
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain value clearly
  • A valid UK driver’s license and willingness to travel across regions

This role involves targeting businesses nationwide, with overnight stays required to fully capitalise on sales opportunities.
