THE ROLE
We’re looking for a high-performing Senior Partnerships Executive to lead and grow our broker network — owning relationships, structuring deals, and driving results across the channel. You’ll be the go-to for introducers, but also take charge of how we build, support, and scale our partnerships function. This is a senior, commercially focused role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on deal-making and team coordination. You’ll manage key brokers, support junior team members, and help shape how Elect works with the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and grow key relationships across our broker and partner network
- Lead by example — structuring strong deals, managing pipelines, and driving volume
- Act as a senior point of contact for complex queries, edge cases, and escalations
- Mentor and guide junior partnership execs to elevate performance
- Collaborate across credit, sales, and ops to keep deals moving fast
- Analyse partner performance and implement strategies to improve engagement
- Spot gaps, inefficiencies, or commercial opportunities — and act on them
- Contribute to training, onboarding and outreach to new introducers
