What You’ll Be Doing
Sales & Business Growth

  • Develop and manage relationships with brokers, financial institutions, and business owners.
  • Drive revenue by closing high-value deals and expanding Elect’s market presence.
  • Generate new business opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Position Elect as a trusted lender for SMEs needing fast and flexible funding.

Loan Application & Deal Management

  • Oversee the entire loan application process, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Conduct due diligence, including company searches and credit checks.
  • Work with internal teams to streamline approvals and funding processes.

Client & Broker Communication

  • Act as a key point of contact for brokers and business clients.
  • Clearly communicate loan decisions and negotiate competitive terms.
  • Offer solutions and strategies that drive successful deal outcomes.

Strategic Partnerships & Market Positioning

  • Build and maintain relationships that expand Elect’s reach in the SME lending space.
  • Stay ahead of market trends to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Work alongside technical teams to enhance automation and efficiency in sales processes.

What You Need to Succeed
Essential

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnerships – ideally in financial services, fintech, lending, or a high-value B2B environment.
  • A natural ability to sell, negotiate, and influence decision-makers.
  • Confidence, charisma, and resilience – you know how to build rapport and close deals.
  • A target-driven mindset with a hunger to exceed expectations.

Desirable

  • Understanding of SME lending, loan structures, or financial services.
  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment in lending and finance.
