We’re not a coasting kind of company. Elect is fast, challenging and focused – and we love it that way. Things move quickly here, and the bar is high. If you thrive in that kind of environment, you'll do well.

To thrive at Elect, you’ll need:

  • A sharp mind and a strong work ethic
  • The ability to stay calm, focused and accurate under pressure
  • A natural instinct to spot issues, fix them fast, and always look for a better way
  • Resilient and a team‑first mentality – we challenge each other daily, but we back each other even harder
  • A bias for clarity, action and ownership
  • A desire to go beyond the job description and raise the bar

We’re looking for a high‑performing Partnerships Executive (Brokers) to work on and grow our broker network — owning relationships, structuring deals, and driving results across the channel. You’ll be the go‑to for introducers, but also take charge of how we build, support, and scale our partnerships function. This is a commercially focused role that blends strategic thinking with hands‑on deal‑making and team coordination. You’ll manage key brokers, support junior team members, and help shape how Elect works with the market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and grow key relationships across our broker and partner network
  • Lead by example — structuring strong deals, managing pipelines, and driving volume
  • Act as a senior point of contact for complex queries, edge cases, and escalations
  • Mentor and guide junior partnership execs to elevate performance
  • Collaborate across credit, sales, and ops to keep deals moving fast
  • Analyse partner performance and implement strategies to improve engagement
  • Spot gaps, inefficiencies, or commercial opportunities — and act on them
  • Contribute to training, onboarding and outreach to new introducers

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven experience in B2B lending or financial partnerships
  • Strong deal instinct - you know how to build trust and get things over the line
  • Confident communicator with commercial sharpness
  • Experience managing people or mentoring within a sales or partnerships team
  • Highly organised and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
  • Comfortable working across teams and taking ownership of outcomes

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Entry‑level ownership in a fast‑scaling fintech
  • A clear path to grow into leadership roles
  • A team‑first culture built on pace, clarity, and commercial thinking
  • Competitive salary, commission, and performance‑based progression
  • A chance to lead with impact in a mission‑driven company
