THE ROLE Elect Capital is seeking a Marketing & Sales Lead to (1) take ownership of our ambitious growth targets – driving both brand elevation and (2) direct sales performance across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing & Brand Leadership Support the development of our global marketing strategy. Lead the execution of various marketing initiatives focused on building awareness, brand positioning and generating direct leads into the business. Oversee all brand, content, and communications activity from website and digital campaigns to press and partnerships. Manage agency relationships and creative output, ensuring brand consistency across all channels. Lead demand generation campaigns (digital, social, PPC, events, email) to attract new clients and brokers. Create content that communicates our value proposition clearly and drives engagement.
- Direct Sales Strategy Build and execute a direct origination strategy focused on high‑quality SME clients. Develop targeted outreach, partnerships, and conversion funnels to turn interest into credible applications. Collaborate with the underwriting and partnerships teams to align marketing efforts with sales performance. Track and optimise sales metrics including pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and ROI. Experiment, measure, and refine our approaches, ensuring all efforts translate to measurable business impact.
Key Skills & Experience
- 7+ years’ experience in marketing, sales, or growth roles, ideally within fintech, financial services, or high‑growth B2B environments.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and sales funnels.
- Proven track record in lead generation, brand building, and revenue growth.
- Commercial thinker who thrives on autonomy and accountability.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clarity.
- International experience preferred.
- Experience managing agencies or small internal teams.
