We’re not a coasting kind of company. Elect is fast, challenging and focused – and we love it that way. Things move quickly here, and the bar is high. If you thrive in that kind of environment, you'll do well. To thrive at Elect, you'll need:
- A sharp mind and a strong work ethic
- The ability to stay calm, focused and accurate under pressure
- A natural instinct to spot issues, fix them fast, and always look for a better way
- Resilient and a team-first mentality – we challenge each other daily, but we back each other even harder
- A bias for clarity, action and ownership
- A desire to go beyond the job description and raise the bar

- Partner closely with SLT to understand business goals and translate them into clear hiring plans
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across all functions - from sourcing through to offer and close
- Build strong talent pipelines across credit, sales, operations, and leadership roles
- Drive speed and quality in hiring - ensuring we move quickly without compromising standards
- Implement and refine hiring processes, tools, and reporting to support scale
- Manage and optimise agency relationships where required - keeping control of quality and cost
- Strengthen employer brand and positioning in key markets to attract top-tier candidates
- Provide clear insight and reporting on hiring performance, challenges, and opportunities
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience leading recruitment or talent acquisition within a high-growth, performance-driven environment
- Strong commercial mindset — understands how hiring directly impacts growth and revenue
- Track record of hiring across multiple roles, functions, and geographies
- Confident working directly with senior leadership and influencing hiring decisions
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace
- Direct, clear communicator who can assess talent quickly and decisively
- Hands-on approach - willing to get into the detail and deliver outcomes
Our Offer?
- A fast, high-performance environment where hiring is central to growth
- Direct exposure to senior leadership and real influence over how the business scales
- Ownership of global talent strategy and execution
- Clear path to build and lead a wider talent function
