Things move quickly here, and the bar is high. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and commercially aware Funding Operations / Account Executive to join our growing team. You’ll liaise with brokers, clients, and internal teams to make sure every funding step - from KYC/AML to documentation and system entry — is handled efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare and send contracts and supporting documents to clients for signature.
- Maintain accurate records and document storage in line with internal policies.
- Update and manage data within our Loan Management System (LMS) and CRM to ensure all deal stages are accurately reflected.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies, risks, or concerns.
- Support post-funding processes such as document archiving and system reconciliations.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with KYC/AML procedures.
- Experience working with financial documentation and digital contract systems.
- Bonus: Background in a broker or lender environment.
