We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Administrator to:

  • Manage UK & international customer orders from enquiry to delivery
  • Prepare quotes, sales orders, packing lists and invoices in NAV
  • Coordinate shipping, logistics, and export documentation
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely dispatch of goods
  • Support customers with basic technical queries
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Assist with payments and accounts support tasks
  • Ensure all issues are resolved promptly with high customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role
  • Native-level English (spoken and written)
  • Experience working within a manufacturing company
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of export procedures and documentation would be advantageous
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
