As our International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing key markets, managing strategic distributor relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. You’ll act as the main point of contact for assigned territories and play a key role in driving our global sales growth.

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for assigned international territories
  • Build and grow relationships with distributors, wholesalers, contractors and end-customers
  • Achieve annual sales targets and KPIs
  • Visit customers overseas to maintain relationships and identify new opportunities
  • Prepare sales forecasts, analyse trends, and monitor competitor activity
  • Attend and represent Elecro Engineering at global exhibitions, trade shows, and sales events
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and account plans
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and submit regular visit reports

Languages: English, French and Spanish (fluent) — essential

Previous international sales experience: manufacturing or technical products preferred

Strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills

Travel Requirements: This role includes regular international travel across Western Europe.
