As our International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing key markets, managing strategic distributor relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Acting as the main point of contact for assigned territories and playing a key role in driving our global sales growth.
- Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for assigned international territories.
- Building and growing relationships with distributors, wholesalers, contractors, and end-customers.
- Achieving annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Visiting customers overseas to maintain relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Preparing sales forecasts, analysing trends, and monitoring competitor activity.
- Attending and representing Elecro Engineering at global exhibitions, trade shows, and sales events.
- Preparing proposals, quotations, and account plans.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and submitting regular visit reports.
Languages: English, French and Spanish (fluent) — essential.
Experience: Previous international sales experience (manufacturing or technical products preferred). Strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Travel Requirements: This role includes regular international travel across Western Europe.
