We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Administrator to:
- Manage UK & international customer orders from enquiry to delivery
- Prepare quotes, sales orders, packing lists and invoices in NAV
- Coordinate shipping, logistics, and export documentation
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely dispatch of goods
- Support customers with basic technical queries
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Assist with payments and accounts support tasks
- Ensure all issues are resolved promptly with high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role
- Native-level English (spoken and written)
- Experience working within a manufacturing company
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of export procedures and documentation would be advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
