Elecro Engineering Ltd is a UK manufacturer and global specialist in swimming pool water heating and disinfection systems, exporting to over 80 countries worldwide. We are looking for an ambitious International Sales Manager to develop and grow our business across Western Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop sales and expand market share in assigned territories
  • Manage and grow distributor and customer relationships
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Deliver sales targets and maintain accurate forecasts
  • Attend customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
  • Provide product presentations and technical support

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' international B2B sales experience
  • Strong business development and distributor management skills
  • Ability to understand and sell technical products
  • Fluent English, French, and Spanish (all essential)
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Europe

Location: Europe based (preferably France or Spain).
