Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Software Trainer in our Asta team to deliver training both online and in a classroom environment. As a Software Trainer, you will deliver engaging and effective training sessions to clients, ensuring they can utilise Elecosoft's software to its full potential. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting software demonstrations
- Creating tailored training materials
- Providing instructional support to users
- Gathering client feedback to improve training methods
- Collaboration with the development and support teams to address customer needs and improve the software training experience
Requirements
- Proficiency in Computer Software Training and/or general Training delivery
- Previous experience and knowledge of Asta products
- Strong Communication skills and ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences
- Knowledge of Software Development or experience working with software solutions is advantageous
- Experience in Instructional Design to create customised, user-friendly training materials
- Ability to adapt to client needs and deliver personalised and professional training sessions
- Experience in the construction environment is a bonus
