We are looking for a Contract Manager to join the Contract Management team within Elecnor’s Energy Division.
Core Responsibility: Analysis and management of contracts during both the bidding and execution phases. This includes risk analysis, leading negotiations, and ensuring contract terms and conditions align with Elecnor’s acceptable risk profiles.
Key Functions:
- Manage contractual matters directly with technical teams, production teams, and clients.
- Ensure the correct interpretation of complex contracts and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Apply contractual terms, maintain up-to-date documentation, and manage relationships with both clients and suppliers.
Daily Activities: Contract monitoring, stakeholder meetings, drafting reports, formal correspondence, claims management, risk analysis, and audit support.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with regional branches managing active projects, as well as Legal, Administration, and Insurance departments.
Candidate Profile
Education: University degree, preferably in Industrial, Mechanical, Energy, or Civil Engineering.
Experience: More than 5 years of experience in contract management, specifically with NEC contracts.
Mobility: Full availability to travel to the UK.
Knowledge & Skills: Hands-on experience in the project execution phase, negotiation, risk assessment/management, and managing complex stakeholder environments.
Competencies: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and professional fluency in English (C1 level is mandatory).
