Electrical / Electrician Trainer Assessor – Full Time

Salary: £32,500 – £38,000 (based on experience & qualifications) • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm • Location: Wolverhampton

Full training & teaching qualifications funded. No prior teaching experience required.

Are you a qualified electrician looking to step into teaching? At Elec Training, we offer a unique opportunity to become an Electrician Trainer/Tutor/NVQ Assessor with full training and funded teaching qualifications to help you succeed in your new role.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering and supporting Level 2, Level 3, and 18th Edition electrical courses
• Managing learner progress and helping them achieve qualifications
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety and professionalism
• Assessor role to join our growing team in Wolverhampton. This is a 50/50 split between classroom delivery and NVQ on-site assessments.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experienced in domestic, commercial and/or industrial electrical installation
• Qualified with:
• Level 2 & 3 Diplomas
• 18th Edition
• ECS Gold Card

Desirable (but not essential)

• IQA certification
• Advanced electrical qualifications (e.g., C&G 2391/2396)
• Green energy knowledge (Solar PV, EV Charging, etc.)
• A drive to mentor others and grow professionally
