The role of Account Manager is to maintain and develop existing business within an existing portfolio. The role will require managing business across key areas of local authorities, housing associations, NHS, education and commercial organisations. You will need to provide the very highest level of Customer Service whilst ensuring contracts are organised efficiently.
Responsibilities
- To achieve/exceed sales target by developing and maintaining sales within a defined area including negotiating and closing deals, upsell/cross sell.
- Identify and generate sales opportunities.
- Maintain good working relations with clients and regularly review client’s needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Think as a team, working with other departments to ensure that the client’s order is delivered on time, to specification and in line with our company policies, procedures and management system.
- Efficiently plan and schedule engineers.
