We currently have a great opportunity for a Registered Manager to manage our Bromley branch.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing the highest quality service, has a positive approach to work, and who wants to work within our fast growing, professional organisation.
Requirements:
* Profound interest in healthcare
* Excellent communication skills; listening, verbal and written
* Ability to plan, organise and manage pressure
* Ability to both effectively lead and be a member of a team
* Flexible and adaptable
* Effective organisation skills
* Awareness of key business principles
* Able to manage change within the business
* Excellent IT skills
* A passion for compliance
Must have:
* Experience in a similar role
* NVQ Level 5, or willing to study
* To manage and oversee the day to day running of all aspects of the Branch.
* Ensure the business is legally and ethically compliant.
* Manage and motivate the team, including care workers, to meet customer’s care needs.
* Carry out staff reviews and appraisals within the required timeframes.
* Organise and attend team meetings.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Manage business profit and loss and achieving business targets.
* Identifying new business opportunities, representing Eleanor at a professional level and promoting growth of the business.
* Build a good rapport with customers and staff to ensure high quality service delivery.
* Effectively and confidentially managing data and information.
* Providing exceptional customer care; undertaking relevant risk assessments.
* Ensuring there are safe working environments for staff, investigating any accidents and complaints using process.
