Eleanor Bowmer started with a scanner, a borrowed computer and a whole lot of colour. Ten years on, we're a female-founded, Manchester-based design studio whose joyful, hand-illustrated homeware brightens shelves at some of the UK's best-loved retailers — and homes all over the country. Mugs that make mornings better. Prints, wallpaper, textiles and gifts built on print, pattern and positivity. And we're growing — fast — across DTC, wholesale and marketplaces.
To keep that growth smooth, organised and commercially sharp, we're looking for a brilliant Operations Manager to join us at a genuinely exciting moment in our story.
THE ROLE
This is the person who makes the engine run. You'll own the day-to-day operations of the business — systems, stock, processes and workflows — across every channel we sell through. It's hands-on, fast-paced and central to how we scale.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Running smooth, efficient day-to-day operations across DTC, B2B and marketplaces
- Building and improving the systems, processes and workflows that let us grow
- Managing stock across multiple pools, accounts and platforms
- Leading and supporting our operations and admin team
- Owning supplier, contractor and partner relationships
- Tracking KPIs, budgets and performance — and turning them into smart decisions
- Keeping customer experience and fulfilment running beautifully
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role (retail, ecommerce or product-based brands a big plus)
- A natural organiser who thrives on juggling lots of moving parts
