This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified finance professional who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders, providing commercial insight and influencing key business decisions. You will act as a trusted finance partner across multiple business functions, helping drive performance, profitability and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insight and challenge.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and performance reports.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
- Analyse financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Deliver detailed variance analysis and commercial recommendations.
- Develop financial models to support strategic business decisions.
- Produce KPI dashboards and board-level reporting.
- Support investment appraisals and business cases.
- Drive continuous improvements across finance processes and reporting.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
Requirements
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified.
- Previous experience as a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience using ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence decision-making at senior management level.
