About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Inspector to join our FHD team. This role is critical in ensuring that our precision-engineered components meet the highest quality standards before progressing through the manufacturing process and reaching our customers. Working within a fast-paced engineering environment, you will carry out a range of inspections using manual measurement equipment, vision systems and specialist inspection techniques, while supporting quality governance, continuous improvement activities and product conformity. Key Responsibilities As a Quality Inspector, you will: Perform inspections on precision-engineered cooling holes and fixtures. Conduct manual inspections using equipment including Verniers, height gauges, shadowgraphs, pin gauges and other inspection tools. Complete camera, vision system, ultrasonic and magnetic wire inspections where required. Carry out batch, first-off and patrol inspections. Support the management and control of non-conforming products. Maintain inspection records and govern online inspection reports. Calibrate fixtures and gauges. Interpret technical drawings, GD
