We’re looking for a Final View Administrator to play a critical role at the final stage of our manufacturing and quality process — ensuring every product is released accurately, compliantly and on time. This is a hands‑on role combining administration, quality support and coordination, ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, structure and being trusted with important detail.
The Role – What You’ll Be Doing
- Producing and checking final release documentation
- Processing non‑conformances, including accept/reject decisions and pack slips
- Uploading and managing information on customer portals
- Preparing parts for despatch and subcontract (checking, packaging and labelling)
- Producing shipping paperwork and requesting invoicing (weights, dimensions, documentation)
- Creating purchase orders and documentation for subcontract activity
- Labelling and part marking, including 2D scanning and system recording
- Scanning and archiving job cards and quality records
- Supporting production and quality teams to resolve documentation or release issues
- Assisting with loading and preparation of shipments when required
- Maintaining strong housekeeping and stock control standards
- Playing an active role in continuous improvement and team flexibility
Essential
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel and database or portal systems
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role
- Excellent attention to detail with a right‑first‑time mindset
- Ability to manage priorities and work to deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach to internal and external customers
- A proactive, dependable team player who uses initiative
Desirable
- Experience in manufacturing, aerospace or quality‑controlled environments
- Fork Lift Truck licence (or willingness to train)
