Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC grinding machines according to production specifications and safety standards.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate machining.
- Perform regular equipment checks, troubleshooting, and basic preventative maintenance.
- Maintain precise documentation for production runs and completed parts.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and quality teams to resolve machining challenges.
- Understand inspection techniques and CMM reports.
- Work to targets.
- Adhere to safety protocols, wearing PPE and ensuring a safe work environment for themselves and others.
- Conduct quality checks on products and materials to ensure they meet specified standards.
- Handle and move materials, including loading and unloading raw materials and finished products.
