We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Process Operator to support the production of precision aerospace components. This role involves operating specialized equipment for cleaning, etching, and blasting processes, ensuring parts meet strict quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning, etching, and blasting of aerospace parts according to work instructions and specifications.
- Set up and operate process equipment, monitoring parameters to maintain quality standards.
- Inspect components before and after processing using gauges and visual checks.
- Handle chemicals and blasting media safely, following all health and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation of operations and ensure traceability of parts.
- Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to resolve process issues.
- Conduct routine equipment checks and basic preventative maintenance.
