The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Provide support to the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Team in managing activities across the site and delivering Key Performance Indicators and Objectives. This may also include project works.
Main Duties:
- Provide strong leadership and technical guidance to the team and the employees of ELE Advanced Technologies Ltd. You will positively motivate the team whilst developing yourself.
- Support Asset Care activity throughout the business, managing and adhering to weekly and monthly maintenance schedules as required.
- Ensure 100% compliance with all Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and Company Policies. Encourage team and colleagues to do the same.
- Work with the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Team to effectively prioritise machine breakdowns & planned maintenance to deliver customer requirements.
- Along with the Maintenance Manager, develop and implement proactive planned maintenance & service regime across the business.
- Develop and implement a Team Training program to fulfil the requirements of the business and develop a flexible workforce.
- Manage & maintain the Maintenance Activity both reactive and planned along with Budget Control Systems in line with the needs of the Maintenance Manager.
- Manage and control sub-contractors on site, ensuring their adherence to Company Policy and Health & Safety procedures, including RAMS, Permits to Work and site inductions.
- Continuously improve the service supplied to the business, investigating new techniques and products that can have a direct impact on reducing downtime and costs. This may include but is not inclusive of machine monitoring and CMMS.
- Carry out any reasonable task or activity that supports the needs of the business as requested by the Maintenance Manager.
- Support the Maintenance Manager with emergency callouts as required. The role will involve some part-time or full-time project works.
- Support in carrying out & the planning of moving CNC machinery.
- Carry out general facilities work (maintaining the building and its exterior).
