Paralegal - Commercial Litigation and Sanctions

Eldwick Law is a boutique law firm based in the City of London, specialising in complex commercial litigation, international arbitration and regulatory sanctions.
Our practice is predominantly cross-border, representing financial institutions, multinational corporations, state entities, founder-led businesses and private individuals. We regularly act in high-value, complex disputes involving multiple jurisdictions.
The successful candidate will work directly with a Partner specialising in international disputes and sanctions, alongside a small team of junior paralegals.
This is an opportunity to gain substantial, hands‑on experience in complex High Court litigation, international arbitration and regulatory sanctions matters. Given the size and structure of our team, the successful candidate will be entrusted with meaningful responsibilities and encouraged to take ownership of their work from an early stage.
We are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate intellectual curiosity, initiative, sound judgement and a genuine enthusiasm for contentious legal work.
This is a full‑time, office‑based position in Central London. Applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance.
Qualifications:
- Strong academic background, with an LLB, GDL or relevant SQE qualifications.
- Previous experience in commercial litigation or dispute resolution is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative and manage competing priorities.
- Foreign language skills, particularly Russian, are advantageous but not essential.
