Eldridge Estates is expanding and we’re excited to welcome an experienced Property Manager to our newly opened Greenwich SE10 branch. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, professional agency that values its people, offers clear career progression, and invests in industry-leading training.

Working Hours

  • Mon–Thurs: 09:30–18:00
  • Friday: 09:30–17:00
  • One Saturday in four (10:00–16:00) with a day in lieu

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting property inspections
  • Managing tenancy renewals and extensions
  • Coordinating maintenance and repair works with contractors
  • Handling deposit returns and rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests when required
  • Ensuring full health & safety and regulatory compliance
  • Managing tenant and landlord relationships
  • Handling complaints professionally
  • Completing check-in and check-out processes, including inventories

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in a Property Manager role
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Good IT skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, organised, and professional approach
