Eldridge Estates is expanding and we’re excited to welcome an experienced Property Manager to our newly opened Greenwich SE10 branch. Working Hours
- Mon–Thurs: 09:30–18:00
- Friday: 09:30–17:00
- One Saturday in four (10:00–16:00) with a day in lieu
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting property inspections
- Managing tenancy renewals and extensions
- Coordinating maintenance and repair works with contractors
- Handling deposit returns and rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests when required
- Ensuring full health & safety and regulatory compliance
- Managing tenant and landlord relationships
- Handling complaints professionally
- Completing check-in and check-out processes, including inventories
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a Property Manager role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Good IT skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, organised, and professional approach
- Full UK driving licence
- Legal right to live and work in the UK
