Our client, a well-established family-run construction company, is looking for an experienced 1st Fix Carpenter to join their team on an ongoing residential project. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out stud wall installation in bathrooms as part of a high-quality residential construction project. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable contractor known for delivering quality workmanship and maintaining a positive site environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Constructing timber walls in bathroom areas
- Reading and working from drawings and site plans
- Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within project deadlines
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working closely with site management and other trades
Hours: 8am-5pm
Duration: 2-3 Weeks initially
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a 1st Fix Carpenter
- Strong experience with stud work
- Own tools and PPE
- Valid CSCS Card
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and quality-focused
