Your Day‑to‑Day

  • Enforce a culture of performance.
  • Achieve KPIs agreed with the line manager and report progress weekly/monthly.
  • Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact to meet business aims, updating Salesforce.
  • Secure new business opportunities across various industry sectors.
  • Meet minimum daily call KPI targets.
  • Manage customer issues and drive pipeline accuracy for forecasting.
  • Develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods.
  • Maximise revenue through upselling and contract optimization.
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries.
  • Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally to build profitable relationships.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in outbound or account‑management focused sales.
  • Drive and determination to build a career in tech sales.
