The Role
As Client Success Executive, you\βll be responsible for introducing yourself to current customers as you look to build relationships and introduce new service lines.
Responsibilities Will Include
- Outreach β You\βll be contacting current customers, predominantly using the phone but also by email & LinkedIn.
- Building Relationships β You\βll be the face of the business and responsible for creating and building long lasting relationships.
- Research β Before reaching out to customers, you\βll do your due-diligence and background research into the business so you can have the most impact possible when getting in touch.
- Becoming an Expert β Whilst you won\βt be expected to be an expert straight away, you\βll be keeping up to date with new products and releases so you can continue to be credible with your customers.
What\βs In It for You
- Earning Potential β Your base salary will be Β£30,000 and you\βll have the opportunity to earn commission on top from day one (OTE of Β£45,000 in year 1, but it\βs completely uncapped).
- Professional Development β As well as being enrolled on to the Prime Sales Academy (a 12-week training programme), you\βll receive comprehensive technical training from the business and be able to learn from very successful senior sellers in the business.
- Progression β In 12-24 months you will be progressing in the role, whether that becoming a Client Success Manager or just progressing the size and complexity of deals that you will be working on.
- CSR β The business actively contributes a % of their profit to charity, highlighting the type of business and organisation you\βll be representing.
- Culture β Quarterly team socials and a yearly \βfestival\β where all of the offices get together to celebrate each other\βs achievements.
