ABOUT ELDON HOUSING ASSOCIATION
Eldon Housing Association was established in 1981 and specialises in the provision of housing for older people. Our sheltered and extra-care housing schemes are in the London Borough of Croydon and West Sussex. We also provide Facilities Management services to three London Borough of Croydon Residential Care Homes/Day Centres. We’re proud of our purpose and our track record, and we’re ambitious about what comes next.
As the sector continues to change, we are strengthening our Board to ensure we have the right mix of skills, perspective and challenge to support Eldon’s long-term resilience and growth.

We are seeking a new Board Member to help shape Eldon’s strategic direction, provide constructive oversight and ensure we continue to deliver safe, high-quality services for our tenants.
