The Corporate Services Assistant plays a key role in delivering high-quality administrative support across the organisation, with a primary focus on Corporate Services, while also supporting ICT and Human Resources functions.
The key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the office environment
- Maintaining and monitoring office supplies
- Supporting organisational systems, processes and admin procedures
- Assisting in co-ordinating activities and events
- Planning, recording and monitoring staff training and development activities
- Providing governance support including committee engagement and meeting preparation
- Providing HR and ICT admin support
