Elderflower Care Services is a trusted, CQC-registered domiciliary care provider delivering high-quality person-centred care across the North Yorkshire area. Our North Yorkshire branch is growing, and we are looking for compassionate, reliable Home Care Assistants to join our supportive team.
As a Home Care Assistant, you will support people in their own homes to live independently, safely, and with dignity. Full training is provided, no prior experience needed.
Main Duties:- Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Supporting with medication administration (full training given)
- Meal preparation and light domestic tasks
- Companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with mobility and safe moving & handling
- Accurate record-keeping via our mobile care app
- Travelling between clients throughout the day
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential)
- A caring, patient, and respectful attitude
- Reliability and excellent communication skills
- Ability to use a mobile phone/app for logging care notes
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check (company-supported)
