Join Eldercare as a Quality & Improvement Advisor at the Eldercare Head Office, Eastwood. This is a Full Time Fixed Term position until April 2027 (part time negotiable) with a remuneration of $82,400/year + Super.

About The Role

As a Quality & Improvement Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring Eldercare continues to deliver safe, high-quality care and meaningful experiences for residents across our aged care homes. Working closely with site leaders, clinical teams, and the broader Governance, Risk and Compliance function, you will support the monitoring of care delivery, evaluate compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, and drive continuous improvement across our sites.

Your work will span routine quality audits, targeted monitoring activities, feedback and incident analysis, and the maintenance of various site Continuous Improvement Plans. You will partner with staff and residents to strengthen engagement in quality initiatives and champion a culture where person-centred care, continuous improvement, and excellence are at the core of everyday practice. This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role that requires regular travel to Eldercare sites and active participation in resident forums, operational meetings, and compliance activities. You will contribute to quality reporting, support regulatory audits, and collaborate across teams to ensure Eldercare consistently meets - and strives to exceed - industry standards.

What You Will Bring

  • Experience in quality, compliance, or governance (ideally in aged care or community health).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across diverse groups.
  • Solid administrative and digital skills, including confident use of Excel.
  • Ability to analyse feedback/data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Strong organisation, judgement, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Understanding of the Aged Care Act, Aged Care Quality Standards and the Aged Care regulatory environment.
  • Current driver’s licence.
