About the Role
As a Business Analyst in Eldercare’s Portfolio Management Office, you’ll help the organisation understand how work is done today and shape how it can be done better in the future. Your focus will be on analysing processes, engaging with people across the business, and turning what you learn into clear, practical documentation and solutions. You’ll work closely with project teams, operational leaders, and IT to map current workflows, gather requirements, and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency. This role suits someone who is comfortable being pragmatic - someone who can stay focused on what matters, avoid getting lost in unnecessary detail, and help guide stakeholders toward workable, scalable outcomes. Building rapport will be key. You’ll spend time with teams across Eldercare, listening, asking the right questions, and translating their needs into solutions that support both day‑to‑day operations and broader strategic goals. Your work will contribute directly to successful project delivery, smoother processes, and better use of technology across the organisation.
What You Will Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in a business analysis role, ideally within a project environment
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to work effectively within a team environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport and manage stakeholder relationships
- Solid analytical and problem‑solving capability, with experience analysing complex issues and developing practical solutions
- Experience in process modelling, process analysis, and requirements specification
