About the Role

As a key member of Eldercare’s Property team, the Administration Support role plays an essential part in keeping our property operations running smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with the General Manager of Property, Team Leaders, Project Managers and the site‑based teams, you will coordinate a wide range of administrative activities that underpin the delivery of safe, compliant and well‑maintained environments across our sites. Your work will span purchase order and invoice processing, maintaining and improving our maintenance logging and tracking systems, supporting contractor and compliance management, preparing reports and data insights, and ensuring accurate, up‑to‑date property documentation. You’ll be the central point of coordination for training, meetings, inductions, and general administrative support, helping the team communicate, stay organised, informed and aligned.

  • Proven experience in administration, ideally within a property context.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and manage competing demands.
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • High attention to detail and the ability to produce clear, accurate and timely documentation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat.
  • A sound understanding of meeting protocols, including experience preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Understanding of risk and compliance within a property environment is a bonus.
