Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Partnerships Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building strategic partnerships with health-related businesses, driving referrals for Elder's live-in care services. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive sales professional to make a tangible impact by connecting families with the best possible care solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively identify, research, and engage with a diverse range of health-related businesses, including GP practices, pharmacies, audiologists, physiotherapists, and other relevant healthcare providers.
- Outreach & Engagement: Initiate contact through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and in-person visits, to introduce Elder's services and the benefits of partnership.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and staff within target businesses, positioning Elder as a trusted and valuable referral partner.
- Programme Presentation: Effectively present Elder's unique value proposition and the mechanics of our referral programme, clearly articulating the benefits for both the business and their patients/clients.
- Partnership Acquisition: Drive businesses to sign up for Elder's referral programme, securing their commitment to refer customers for live-in care.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners, managing leads and tracking progress diligently within our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Elder's Care Ambassador team and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new partners and effective ongoing support.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2-3 years of proven experience in partnerships, outbound, business development, or similar client-facing role.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Exceptional Communication: Articulate, persuasive, and empathetic, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone, via email, and in person.
- Digital Proficiency: Competent with CRM software, email platforms, and general office productivity tools.

- Ability to Build a Strong Pipeline of Leads: Proven capability to identify, qualify, and manage a consistent flow of potential partners.

- Experience with Salesforce: Familiarity with Salesforce CRM for lead management and reporting.
- Outreach on Social Media: Experience utilising professional social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) for prospecting and engagement.
