Elder HQ in the UK is seeking a non-clinical Compliance Operations Lead to run carer compliance end to end, own standards casework and produce the weekly reporting the team relies on.
You will be the sole non-clinical member of the Safety and Trust team, reporting to the Head of Safety and Trust. The role focuses on DBS/PVG orders, right-to-work checks, training records and audit-ready compliance, with autonomy and specialist escalation when needed.
