Elder is a UK live-in and visiting care introductory agency. We match self-employed carers with older people so they can stay in their own homes rather than move into residential care. Around 500 families use Elder at any one time, and about 14,000 days of care are arranged through the platform every month. Elder is an introductory agency rather than a regulated care provider. Carers are self-employed and contract directly with the customer. Compliance administration, standards casework and assurance reporting are their own discipline, and that is what this role is for. You will run our carer compliance operation end to end, own standards casework, and produce the reporting the team runs on.
You will report to the Head of Safety and Trust, who has a regulatory compliance background.
