Working within the CSD, responsible for providing sales order processing support. Collaborate with distribution partners, overseas offices, and Business Division Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service support to external distributors, including order taking, complaint handling, and supply chain coordination.
- Focus on pre-sales activities and order processing.
- Handle lead push-out and serve as the point of contact for general inquiries, e.g., technical or product-related, forwarding to the appropriate team if needed.
- Support future e-commerce sales channels such as eBay and Elcometer Shop.
About You:
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a target-driven, results-oriented environment, with a background in sales, customer service, sales support, product management, or business development.
- Proven track record in customer management and/or supply chain management within a manufacturing setting.
- Experience in customer service, sales order processing, and related administrative and system duties.
- Technical sales and marketing experience is desirable.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
Skills:
- Fluency in English and another language.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate technical product attributes effectively over the phone.
- Resilient and capable of handling deadlines and customer issues.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Proficient in IT, including Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
- Attention to detail in data entry.
- Good organizational abilities, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and the ability to liaise effectively with various departments and internal customers.
